Hi all, I am Vivi
and I am thankful to see that you are interested in BLYSS Yoga.
You are probably curious about what brought me to doing Yoga.
Well, simple enough I have started my practice in the beginning of the pandemic to not only set myself a reminder to be grateful for what I have, but to also stay in movement during the lockdowns. I took so much inspiration, fulfillment and learnings out of my daily practice that I decided I would like to share these back as a teacher and therewith make a small contribution to bringing self-reflection, mindfulness and a time-out to this fast pace world.
Each one of us is thriving towards finding his/her/their personal bliss. And I am here to support you on your journey.
WHAT MY TEACHER SAY
The study of yoga asks us to be students of our own, evolving experiences as they are happening and suggests that a certain kindness can be at the forefront of this witnessing. Vivien shares in the heart of the practice by observing her own experience with the tools of love and authenticity as allies, and offers her learnings as teachings for her students; a true teacher shares the nectar of their own learnings. It is a gift to know that Vivien's light is being shared in this way!
